The person you speak to on the first call is the person who directs and shoots it. Crew scales to the property. The eye behind it does not.
Every production runs the same five phases, whether it is one villa or a portfolio filmed in a week. The scope, the shoot days and the price are fixed before we start, so you know what lands and when.
A call, and a walk of the property when it is local. We work out what the property is actually selling, who the buyer is, and where the film has to live: website, portal, Instagram, YouTube.
The address, the stage the build is in, renders and floorplans if it is off-plan, and your brand assets.
A written scope with deliverables, shoot days and a fixed quote. Nothing starts before you have signed that.
We write the angle before anyone touches a camera. Script or voice-over direction, a shot list per room and exterior, the route the camera walks, and a look reference for grade, pacing and music.
One round of notes, then sign-off. That is the moment to move things, not on the shoot day.
The concept document, the shot list and the call sheet, so you know the plan hour by hour.
Crew on site, scaled to the property. Cinema camera and gimbal for the route, drone for the exteriors and the setting, lighting wherever the interior needs it. We shoot the route, the details, the lifestyle beats and the aerials in one controlled day.
Access and keys, the property styled and cleaned, the contractor informed if it is mid-build, and any location permits.
Selects the same day, so you can see what we have before we go into post.
Edit, sound design and colour grade. Renders composited in for off-plan, subtitles where the film needs them, and vertical reframes cut from the same footage instead of filmed separately.
Two rounds of revisions, bundled per round so the edit does not drift.

Delivery through Frame.io in the format each channel actually needs, plus advice on the order to release them in so the campaign builds instead of peaking once.

Three things set it: production days, deliverables and turnaround. A short deadline costs more, because it buys crew and edit capacity away from other productions. Send the property, the scope and the date you need it, and the quote is fixed.
